The primary purpose of Prophet’s Rest is to address issues related to emotional and physical stress, professional burn-out, relational conflict, and the loss of passion that challenge those serving in vocational ministries and nonprofit organizations. Support is provided in the form of personal outings, gifts, sabbatical/vacation lodging, retreats, personal/professional growth resources, and on-going peer support.
All resources and services are provided to selected recipients at no charge.
Outings, Retreats, Lodging, Gifts
It is well documented that leaders in the fields of vocational ministry and non-profit work dedicate countless hours to ensure that others receive the care and attention that they so desperately need throughout the year. Quite often, these same leaders fail to dedicate adequate time to maintain healthy lives and relationships.

In order to address these concerns, Prophet's Rest provides personal outings, retreats, sabbatical/vacation lodging, and appreciation gifts at no charge to approved recipients. Potential recipients are recommended to Prophet’s Rest by a sponsoring ministry or non-profit organization.
